What You'll Do
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Analyze current business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Create process flow diagrams, use cases, and user stories
- Collaborate with development teams to translate business needs into technical specs
- Conduct gap analysis and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
- Assist in creating business cases and project documentation
