US State Privacy Notice

In the preceding 12 months, MatricsTek Inc. has collected the following categories of personal information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA:

• Identifiers: Name, alias, postal address, unique personal identifier, online identifier, IP address, email address, account name.
• Personal Information (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.80): Name, address, telephone number.
• Commercial Information: Records of services purchased, obtained, or considered, and other purchasing or consuming histories.
• Internet / Network Activity: Browsing history, search history, and information regarding your interaction with our website or advertisements.
• Professional or Employment-Related Information: Resumes and employment history provided during program enrollment.

2. Sale, Sharing & Disclosure of Personal Information

MatricsTek Inc. does not sell your personal information to third parties, and does not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not have actual knowledge of selling or sharing personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

3. Your US State Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence (under CCPA/CPRA, VCDPA, CPA, CTDPA, or UCPA), you may have the following rights:

• Right to Know / Access: Disclosure of the specific pieces and categories of personal information collected, the sources, business purposes, and categories of third parties with whom we share it.
• Right to Delete: Request deletion of personal information we collected from you, subject to certain exceptions (e.g., legal obligations).
• Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
• Right to Opt-Out: Opt-out of any sale or sharing of personal data for targeted advertising. (We do not sell data, but you may still exercise this right.)
• Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised any privacy right.
• Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information (CPRA): Request that we limit our use of your sensitive personal information to uses necessary to perform our services.

4. California “Shine the Light” (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.83)

California residents may request, once per year, information about categories of personal information (if any) that we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. 5. Exercising Your Rights & Response Timeline

To submit a verifiable consumer request, email us at contact@matricstek.co. We will verify your identity by matching information provided by you against the personal information in our systems.

• Response Deadline: We will respond within 45 calendar days of receipt. If we require additional time (up to 45 additional days), we will notify you of the extension and the reason.
• Right to Appeal:If we decline to act on your request, we will inform you of our decision and the reason. You may then appeal our decision by emailing us with the subject line “Privacy Rights Appeal.” We will respond to appeals within 60 days. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General.
