Full Stack Engineer (100% Remote)

Matricstek Inc. is urgently seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer (100% Remote) to join our rapidly growing remote-first team. If you are passionate about technology and want to work on high-impact projects, this is the role for you.

Core Tech Stack & Keywords: React, Node.js, TypeScript, Next.js, GraphQL, REST APIs, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Tailwind CSS, Express, Microservices

As a key member of our Engineering department, you will design, build, and optimize scalable systems. We are a US-based remote company that highly values innovation, clean code, and fast iteration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and highly available technical solutions utilizing React, Node.js, TypeScript.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Drive technical excellence by participating in code reviews, CI/CD pipeline improvements, and architecture design.
• Troubleshoot and optimize application performance bottlenecks in production environments.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Proven professional experience working as a Full Stack Engineer.
• Deep, hands-on technical expertise in: React, Node.js, TypeScript, Next.js, GraphQL, REST APIs, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Tailwind CSS, Express, Microservices.
• Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously in a 100% remote setting.
• 3-5 years of hands-on production experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
