Lead Machine Learning Engineer (Remote)

As a key member of our AI & ML department, you will design, build, and optimize scalable systems. We are a US-based remote company that highly values innovation, clean code, and fast iteration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and highly available technical solutions utilizing PyTorch, TensorFlow, NLP.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Drive technical excellence by participating in code reviews, CI/CD pipeline improvements, and architecture design.
• Troubleshoot and optimize application performance bottlenecks in production environments.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Proven professional experience working as a Machine Learning Engineer.
• Deep, hands-on technical expertise in: PyTorch, TensorFlow, NLP, Computer Vision, Scikit-learn, Pandas, MLOps, LLMs, Neural Networks, Deep Learning, AWS SageMaker.
• Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously in a 100% remote setting.
• 7+ years of experience, including technical leadership, system architecture, and mentoring junior engineers.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
